snocam’s home is in Valley Terminal Breezeway in Thredbo where I hire and sell HeadCam’s, this is the place that editing and DVD production happens, it’s also where the daily snow conditions videos are uploaded to the internet.
The space we use (VT) is shared by the Hot Shots photographers, if snocam is not there -at the very least the photographers will be able to take your name and number and I will call you shortly afterwards.
If (VT) is unattended Hot Shots is your second access point for HeadCam rental.
hotshots is located on the upper concourse of the Thredbo Alpine Hotel near the Village Square, here you can make bookings, payments and return the camera. Open until 7pm your likely to find me working there in the evenings.
Customer Support
I am always ready to help our customers and if you find there is no staff on hand, I am only a phone call away. It’s a small village and a small mountain, if my staff or I cant attend to you immediately we will organise a time and place that is suitable. Most of the time I can come to you and resolve any problems.
Drop Off Service
If your staying in Thredbo we have a free (until 10pm) evening drop off service for the day before your hire period. I can spend some time to show you the best way to set up and use the HeadCam. It’s a great time saver and youll be ready to go for the next day. Pay then or book and pay in advance. After 10pm a fee will be applied. Call to arrange late night service.
